Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
My husband of three years ex girlfriend is using his last name to torment me on Facebook. I live in Louisiana and this is emotionally too much to handle. What are my rights?

Call the Attorney General's office and tell them your problem. If she is just annoying, there may not be anything you can do, but if it crosses the line into a criminal offense, they can help. If she lives in another State, the Feds may become involved.
