Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I am male and I provide Sport Rubdown for men and athletes. I am NOT Licensed but trained. Some of these guys want a Happy Ending (hand job) after the rubdown. Can I charge for my service? And is the Happy Ending Illegal?

The "happy ending" is illegal. The crime is "Prostitution by massage".
If no money is exchanged, then it is simply sexual activity between consenting adults, which is legal.
