I have an upcoming court date for not completing my P.T.I. program by not finishing community service.My original charge was simple poss. of marijuana.And this is my first charge.Am I Going to jail?

Probably not. I would point out that the matter would have been dismissed if you had taken care of your business at the pre-trial level. The time has come for you to take care of business.
