Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
warning people of rapist
If I posted a bullentin on myspace about a new student at our high school who is a convicted rapist but did not include his name can I get in trouble for that? When the principal voiced being upset about not being told the truth about why he was in trouble the judge stated he wanted it ''hush, hush'' Can I be in trouble for telling parents to be careful who their children are friends with there is a convicted rapist now enrolled at our school, but no names were mentioned? Thank you in advance.

Without knowing more about the rape charge, I would be hesitant about telling you what to do.
