Legal Question in DUI Law in Louisiana

I have a 1st DWI and driving with a suspended license. I need to go to work. I am on probation for both right now. Is there anyway I can fight to get my driver's license re-instated now? Happened in bossier City, Louisiana (71111)

You can petition for what is called a hardship license. However, it is very unlikely you will get one just because you have to go to work, unless there is no bus system where you live.
