I just want to know a way I can get it off my record and get my liscence back?

You can expunge a DWI off of your record. If the case is still pending (i.e., you have not been sentenced yet), you can request that the Court accept your plea under Article 894 of the Louisiana Code of Criminal Procedure. If the case is over or was not pleaded under 894, you can most likely still expunge it. You will most likely need to hire a local attorney to do it for you.
