Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My ex-wife and I divorced approx. 3 years ago and we have one child. She makes about twice and much money as I do and we split the child's private school costs/daycare. Since we have divorced I have had the child 40-50% of the time - yet I'm paying her child support. Does Louisiana law look into the amount of time the parents spend with the child? I've been keeping records for the last year just in case. Thanks Bruce.

Louisiana does take it into consideration though support is still owed in some amount to "domiciliary" parent.
