Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

In Louisiana, what qualifies for "extraordinary medical expenses" in regards to child support payments? Do things like over the counter allergy/cough medicine, contact solution or doctor's visits qualify as "extraordinary" or is that more in the terms of if the child breaks her arm or needs braces?

Broken arms, braces, surgery, cancer treatment, etc. are extraordinary. Normal maintenance and check-ups are ordinary.
