Legal Question in Immigration Law in Louisiana

I'm in US with B1/B2 Visa... In 2010 my father (Resident) filed a I-130 for me.

I'm an adult, not married. I haven't exceed the time I'm allowed to stay in US.

Can I file for Adjustment Of Status based on family petition?

As long as your priority date is current and you are still in lawful, non-immigrant visa status, then you can file for adjustment of status in the United States. You need to check the Visa Bulletin, if you have not done so already, to make sure you are eligible to file, though.
