Legal Question in Immigration Law in Louisiana

I file I-130 0n July,8th 2005 for my two brothers and his familey. Immigration dept ask me to submitt necessary papers on sept, 2009 and i sent to them on sept,9 2009. On sept,17th 2015 i thought that my case is taking to long so i requested status of case on line. I received letter from immigration that they sent denial letter in Dec, 11th 2009. which I never received. Would you please advice me that what should i do to correct my filed application

You may have submitted the documents after the deadline indicated in the RFE. Regardless, there is a denial and you have to either address the denial or move on. You can either file a Motion to Reopen and make your claim or you may be able to file an appeal to federal district court under the APA. Or you can move on and re-file the case.
