Legal Question in Insurance Law in Louisiana
if my 85 year old other cancels her supplemental insurance policy and she becomes seriously ill, can the hospital go after her social security and her little pension...she does have medicare..
she has no property. no home, no vehicle she has nothing...could you please help me in this matter

Medicare should be enough at her age to cover any serious illness. Her social security and pension are not seizable.
