Legal Question in Insurance Law in Louisiana

If my auto insurance deemed my car a total loss am I responsible for paying the notary fee's to transfer the salvaged title for the car that's not in my possession but in a salvage yard where they had it assessed for prior and previous damages. And are they req'd to include the fee's that I had to pay when I purchased the car such as the taxes and title for that matter?

No to both questions. The notary fees to transfer the title to them are their responsibility, but they don't have to reimburse you for the fees or taxes you paid when you bought it.
