Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Louisiana

I had a bad experience with my orthdontist.

I had my braces removed in 2003, The dentist removed the wires and clipped of the brackets with the pliers. There was part of the brackets and that substance the holds the brackets to my teeth left on my teeth,so he when on using this dremel tool with a fine grit, which then he made a mistake from sanding to carving into my teeth trough my enamel. I did not realize that but after some sort of time that past, my 2 front teeth felt cold and sensitive i whent back to him which he then sent me to another dentist to get my 2 front teeth bonded.Well today my bond broke off.I am aggravated my teeth feel sensitive and iam self conscious about it. How can I go about this matter? I appreciate your legal advice.

You should see a malpractice attorney. You have 1 year from when you discovered the malpractice, but a maximum of 3 years total. So, it appears any action you had is gone. However, since more damage has occurred you may have a small claim.
