Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Louisiana

i was injured at work back in feb. of this year.

my company took me to their doctor and she took x-rays.

after reviewing x-rays she said that everything looked fine but my pain got worse upon return to work.

when i went see my doc.,she took x-rays and mri and said that i was really hurt and that the company doc. lied to me.

can i hire a lawyer to go after her?

Yes, you can still sue. You have one year to sue the employer and the doctor.
