i was hired to cutdown a tree and cut my leg with chainsaw.is their homeowners ins liable

No. You should have had insurance on yourself if you were accepting jobs. Homeowner's insurance is to cover the homeowner's negligence, not yours. Unless the homeowner caused you to be injured, you are at fault, not him.
