Legal Question in Personal Injury in Louisiana

My settlement from an automobile accident is $11,000 If my ERmed bills and attorney fees are deducted I will have $1,500. Do I have the right to negotiate installment payment plans with the ER and ambulance service instead of my attorney paying those bills outright. Do I have the option to instruct my attorney NOT TO PAY those bills out of my settlement.

You can negotiate whatever you want to. However, if the ER and ambulance have filed liens, you will get nothing before they are paid. And your attorney must pay them first.
