Legal Question in Product Liability in Louisiana

I have a personal injury due to product liability suit. The defendants in this suit just tried to bring in a third party demand. The third party says they are not liable. There was an inspection of the defective product on 8/19/2010. The third party demand attorney came in here for this, with 3 inspectors for their company. The third party attorney clearly stated at the beginning of the inspection that "the third party has not made an appearance on the demand yet". Should these 4 (the attorney and 3 inspectors) not have been allowed at this inspection?? The defense attorney brought all these folks here with him, and the inspection, with 10-11 people in a very small room, was nothing more than a circus. Every one tripping over every one else. Should the defense attorney and his inspector looked at the defective product first, then the third party demand attorney and his inspectors looked at the defective product??? It was a ZOO to say the very least and comments were said thru the inspection that were very unprofessional and hurtful, and showed a lack of professionalism I have never seem before. This defective product ruined 2 peoples lives, there was nothing cute, funny, or laughable about this. Give me your best advice, is there anything I can do about this?? Especially third party people being here when we were not notified of such??

You obviously have an attorney representing you in this damage suit. It is important that you let your attorney know about your concerns. Your attorney was present and can better answer whether or not anything improper occurred.

You cannot unring a bell. You let them in and they entered. From now on, make them enter the suit and then get court orders to inspect etc. But as Martha Lucas said, you have an attorney and he obviously thought the way it went down was the best way to handle it.
