land
the mortage of my home was put in my name.my ex didn't sign the land deed that went with house.he lied to me about that.what do i need to get signed to have house and land?

It is difficult to answer your question without looking at the documents. My advice is to talk to an attorney in your area about this and let them look at all the paperwork to determine the best way to protect your interests. If your ex does have an interest in the property, he would have to transfer it to you via a quitclaim or as part of a marital property settlement.
