Legal Question in Tax Law in Louisiana

April 2011 signed custody support allowing non-dom. parent to claim EOYear. After 9 years I quit my job in August 2011 due to horrific merger and am currently unemployed. It's his year to claim dep. however I did not sign the 8332 form. If he claims dep. it is now going to create hardship as i am down to the end of my 10 mo. reserved funds. Recently found out La. law of dom. parent by tax law gets to claim our 14yr.old. Ex owes me $800 in C. support and is NOT going to get a refund due to taking $80,000 out of his retirement fund for a house so using support services will not help as they only can intercept refunds & I do not want garnishment of wages for verious reasons. We don't have a family court here. I'm hoping he will ask for me to sign the 8332 form that was not even brought up when settling support order. Divorce decree has nothing about dep. & support order only states visitation times & "once 18yr old is no longer elligable to claim we alternate years on claiming 14yr. Your input please.

You will have to return to court to alter in any way from previous order.
