Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
my mother legally donated inherited land she received from her mother to me including the family home where she resided with my father who is now deceased. We are 6 children. If ALL the land was donated to me are my siblings entitled to their share of the property that is the family home.

If the land was legally donated, with all of the proper paperwork, then it is yours.
