Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Maine

i have a personal injury work related and i have seen 5 of their doctors and they say that their is nothing wrong with me and their is nothing they can do for me.went to my own doctor almost 2 years after and went threw total reconstruction surgery.is their anything i can do?
