Legal Question in Employment Law in Malta

Work related

I am working 6-7 hours a day. The employer tells me I am not entitled to a 30 minute break unless I work 8 hours a day. Is that true?

Sort of. Except as to minors, neither Ohio nor federal law require employers to provide any breaks regardless of the number of hours worked.
