Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland

My tenant has filed bankruptcy chp 7 in Germantown, MD. She has not reject nor assume the lease 60 days after the bankruptcy was filed. What rights do I have as a landlord? What legal steps can I take?

Has she continued to pay rent? Have you looked at her statement of intention to see if she intends to accept or reject the lease? The answers to these questions will determine what action you need to take.
