a lady bought some items in the market the things she bought was too much for her to carry so she has to find someone whom she paid #100 to help her carry her things to her house to her greatest surprise she got home and could not find her things later after 2 weeks she found that person that she had an agreement with, with the help of people she got the guy arested now what kind of law can she pass to the person and what is the effect of the law

If the person has been arrested the charge would be determined by the police; it's probably theft.
