Re: LLC business

An LLC is used to protect the personal assets of a business owner if a lawsuit is filed against the business. There are, however, a few exceptions which will allow the plaintiff to "pierce the veil" and go after personal assets. Without knowing more about the business and the suit, I cannot answer that question. Feel free to call if you would like to discuss.
