The club's LLC status protects the club, not the individual members per se. If, for example, the motorcycle club gets sued as a club, any damages awarded, if damages were to be awarded, would be limited to the assets in the club (the account holding the club dues, for example). If you, as a member of this motorcycle club, were to commit some tort (cause an accident, for example), the LLC status of the club would not protect you personally.
