Third party defendant

I have received a Third Party complaint and must file a motion or pleading to the court in writing. If there a particular format for writing this in the state of Maryland. I need to know how it should be written up.

If you are at risk for any significant judgment awarding damages against you, you need to retain an attorney experienced in litigation to represent you. This is not as simple as filing a response--there are many steps to defending a lawsuit that must be followed in order to protect your interests. If you can't afford to pay an attorney, you may income qualify for a pro bono (free) or reduced fee attorney by contacting the bar association in your county. You should at least seek a consultation with an attorney so he/she can review the original and third party complaints and point you in the right direction.
