Re: Sability Act and or Privacy Act

I have never heard of a sability act. There are laws in MD protecting medical records. The degee of protection provided varies with the law and type of record. Mental health records are more protected than other medical records. The Health General title of the Maryland Annotated Code contains several medical records privacy provisions, and I believe the Health Occupations title has some as well. You also have a constitutional right to privacy. You need to be more specific about who or what is the threat to the records.
