reposesion

i want to voluntary get my car reposesed, i only owe about 2000 more than what its worth so will i get sued for the balance after they sell it. do u usually get sued for the balance left on a repo.

If collection efforts fail, they may sue. They might also write it off, but I doubt they will write off $2,000.
