if one person tells the cop that he got drugs from you can the cop come search you

Most of the time that is not enough, unless the person is a trusted informant. Or if the person is an undercover office - you just may not know that yet. They certainly can approach you and ask you to search you (based on that tip alone)and if you don't assert your rights not to be searched you can be searched.
