i have a question if i live in virginia and am sepiniaed in maryland to testify agenst some one the sepina is beaing sent to my grandmothers house were i use to live i dont want to testify
do i have to i have schizophrenia
i dont think its good for my well beaing

No, if the subpoena was not properly served upon you,(in this case at an address where you apparently no longer live), then you are not legally obligated to appear.
