Legal Question in DUI Law in Maryland

4th dui offense

I have three previous duis all in maryland 1st in 93 got pbj 2nd in 94 suspended sentence 3rd in 96 1 year serves 50 weekends in co jail it has been 10 years I just got my 4th bac was .17 and I hold a cdl class a I have not went to court yet but I have already put machine in car, entered ino alcohol tratment for 6 months 2x per week and attend aa meetings. I have heard sooooo many diff punishments, Is there any law or clause because the offenses were ten years apart?

4th dui offense

The judge may consider all your previous DUI. The law says you cannot get PBJ if last conviction was within last 5 years. It depends on the County and Judge if you can get another PBJ when your last was 10 years ago. Now is the time to consult with a lawyer.

You need to speak with an experienced DUI attorney. The fact that you hold a CDL, and that you blew a .17 complicate matters, but the fact that it has been 11 years since your last may be of some help.
