Legal Question in DUI Law in Maryland

Dui

I received a citation for DUI, was allowed to keep my Drivers's License because I was below the legal limit on the breathalyzer test. I received a MUST APPEAR ticket. I have not yet been given a trial date. Does being below the legal limit help my cause. Will I need an attorney, at this trial

Yes, being belo .08 will definitely help. Depending on if it was below .07 is also important, as are many other factors. And you cannot go without a lawyer who is experienced in DUI law or you may be bamboozled by the States Attorney who prosecutes these cases just like criminal cases.
