I'd need to know more about why you have been charged. Even though the legal alcohol limit has not been shown by an intoximeter there may be other basis for the State to pursue a conviction (e.g., officer testimony, testing delay, etc.) You need representation, contact me to discuss.

Prosecutors often care more about their win-loss statistics than actual justice. For that reason alone I'd consider getting an experienced DUI defense lawyer.

You'd be surprised at how affordable it can be for a lawyer's fee if there are no extreme factors like accident or injuries. I would shop around and go with whom you feel most comfortable. And even if you can't afford it, if you qualify with a very low income, you can get a public defender. They handle DUI cases also.
