Legal Question in DUI Law in Maryland

representing self in case

i am representing myself in an upcoming hearing in maryland for a DUI charge-my second, first was approx. 5 years ago in IL.. i am looking for any research tools that would help me build my case. i am presently enrolled in an intensive outpatient rehab program as suggested by the judge at my preliminary hearing. i have also applied for a public defender but due to income levels i did not qualify. i would like to know what steps to take to build my case. any information would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

Bring your toothbrush. The chances of you prevailing on a second offense drunk driving are slim and none. You better put your money down and get a lawyer.
