Re: Absolute Divorce

File a Request for Entry of a Default Judgment. You also need to have previously filed a Return of Service affidavit specifying how and when the Defendant was served. Include in your request the dates of service, when a response was due (30 days for in-state, 60-days for out-of-state, 120 for out-of country), etc. The statute also requires that an affidavit be included with your request regarding the Defendant's non-military status.
