child custody

what are my chances if i had a child since it was four months in my house and now is 26 months and the mother has taking it away, she is non elible to raise a child, and is pregnant again?

The issue in a custody dispute is always what is in the best interest of the child. So if you can convince a judge that the child would be better off with you, because you can better care and provide for him/her, then you would be awarded custody. If you are serious about wanting custody, you should consult with and retain an experienced family attorney to represent you.
