Child Support

Can a non-custodial that switches jobs decide that they don't have to go thru the court system to pay the court ordered child support.

The answer is No. (They must file for mofification if there is a 25% difference in the income.) This is not legal advice. They may be in violation of the Court Order and a properly plead motion for relief may be in order. Best of Luck!
