My husband lives in Calvert County; I live in Baltimore City. We have been separated for two and a half years? What county do I file for a divorce in?

Unless you like traveling, file it in Baltimore. Either county can hear the case. If your case is time sensitive, you could contact the clerk's office of the court in the two jurisdictions and see how long it takes to get a hearing. If your case is uncontested, it will of course be much quicker. If there are child or property issues to be resolved, the case could take the better part of a year if it goes through a trial.
