How do I get custody of my seventeen year old daughter when her mother became too umbearable to live with?

You can petition the court for a change in custody. Because your daughter is 17, she will be able to have input into the process However, given her age, it may become moot before you get into court (you don't mention how close to 18 she is). Another option may be simply to speak with the mother and try to work something out between the two of you. Feel free to contact me if I can be of assistance.
