Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

my husband filed for a divorce and because we were together(sex) the denied it. so he got a lawyer and he is filling again 2 months later, as of now we have not been non sexual for a year required by maryland law. in this request he is saying (count no.1) 2-years of seoeration and (count no. 2) adultry, on my part. so i dont want tolie to the court just to give him his way, but i dont really want to married to him any more either. we been married since 6/2000 living in different homes since 2/2003. he's been on his job for 17 years. would i be intilted to anything pension, ect.? or do i just give him what he wants? whats the best way to go about this? we both own property, my home is worth more then his,and we dont have kids together.so what should i do?

You have important property rights arising from the marriage which you should raise as part of the divorce. For example, the portion of his pension that accrued since you were married is subject to being divided between you by the divorce judge. Any property that you acquired during your marriage may also be split up.
