divorce

i still live with my husband in same apartament.we rent it.i want to divorce.do i need move out and when obtain for a divorce or i can stay in same apartament and obtain for a divorce

In general, one of you would need to move out in order to file for divorce.

There are exceptions in cases of adultery or domestic violence. There is also a narrow exception in cases where cohabitation is occurring, but the parties do not share a bed, in which you may file for a limited divorce for purposes of establishing temporary child custody, child support, and alimony.
