Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

father rights

I have 4 children. I have custody of 2 of them. The other 2 boys live with there mothers. There mothers have been getting child support from me but not allowing me to see them nor speak to them. They both have there own life now. How can I either force visitations or give up my rights to them. i feel that one or the other needs to happen to get things to move on with my life.

If you want visitation, you will have to file a court petition to force her to cooperate. You are absolutely entitled to visitation, although if the children are 16 or older, and refuse to see you, that can be hard to enforce. You can't get out of paying child support by "renouncing" your parental rights, if that is what you had in mind.
