I filed a motion to modify custody and visitation. They responded with answers to modify custody and visitation. Requesting strict proof. How do I respond

This is just legal verbiage in this context, basically meaningless. In any such case, you as the movant have the burden of showing that a modification is in the best interests of the child(ren). If you are serious about this, you ought to consider retaining an experienced family attorney who knows how to go about this. For example, do you know how to take discovery from the other parent to properly prepare for the court hearing, and how to prepare your own evidence?
