Effective this month, you can file for a no-fault divorce by consent with your wife, but you have to have worked out all child and financial issues. If she will cooperate and you can work out issues of child custody, support, visitation and division of marital property, you can probably get forms for this at the clerk's office in your county circuit court. If not, you need to consult with and probably retain an experienced family law attorney who can represent your interests. Your county may have (and the larger counties do have) lawyer referral services where you can be connected with an attorney who handles such cases and with whom you can get a consultation for a very small fee. Or you can of course find someone via the internet.
