Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Huband wants to move back in to save money after deserting the family

My husband left 1 month ago now he can't afford to pay for everything. He wants to move his things into the guest room he travels 3 weeks out of the month so he would never be here can we still divoce if he does this. Just trying to ease the burden on both if us with money issues. I am returning to school to get a job. havent worked in 5 years. I need time and we can't sell our home we are upside down in it. Is there a way we can do this legally. This way the bills will be paid and everyone is happy. We never fight so that wouldn't be an issue. We just want to save money

You can certainly allow him back under this arrangement, but it will prevent you from getting a divorce while the arrangement is in place based upon a separation. From your scenario I don't see any other grounds under which you'd be eligible. You could put together a "separation" agreement that resolves financial issues, and child issues if relevant.
