Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I put a restraining order against my estrange husband, and when they served him, he went and put a restraining order back against me. He was going to the school and also giving the kids threats that he would kill them and me. So i ask in my order that he stay way from them as well. My court date is tomorrow, in one jurisdiction and his is on Friday in another, what will be the outcome?

That depends on what evidence is presented in court at each hearing. The second case should be dismissed in any event, and you should bring this to the attention of the judge in your case. If you have custody and his case asks you to stay away from the kids in addition to himself, then obviously that won't work. If, as I suspect, he's only asking that you stay away from him, that will be essentially put into place if the court grants your order, so his case becomes moot.
