removing name from my ex-husband's title
How do I remove name from my ex-husband's car's title?
Maryland Vehicle Administration refused to give me the paperwork what I supposedly signed on this vehicle. I have not idea where my ex is located.

MVA should have a procedure for this. Ordinarily you would sign off on the back of the title which effectively conveys your interest to a buyer or remaining title holder. Since you obviously don't have the title, you would need to do this on either a duplicate title or a release form. You should be able to get a duplicate title from MVA if it is still currently registered in your name. Of course, your ex may have left MD and re-registered the title where he's now living.
