Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Residency Question for Divorce

My husband and I were married outside of the country and had resided outside of the country our whole marrige (both working for the military). I did not have a state residency, but have since returned stateside. My question would be given I was overseas working for the military and maintained no state residency, do I still need to meet the one year requirements for divorce in MD?
