Payment of benefits during a FMLA leave

I'm wondering if my Company is required to continue my health care benefits if I take time under the Family Medical Leave Act?

Re: Payment of benefits during a FMLA leave

Absolutely. They must continue benefits as if you never left. For example, if you had a co-pay, you would continue to be responsible for it, but the insurance stays in place.

Good luck.
